I am a systems-minded design leader with 20 years of experience in the digital medium, specializing in bridging brand creative with product infrastructure. For the last 10 years, I have focused on leading cross-functional teams, architecting enterprise-scale design systems, and driving measurable financial impact through Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and operational efficiency.

Most recently as Creative Lead at Remitly, I managed a distributed team of designers and writers supporting both core marketing channels and dynamic new product squads. I guided the pixel-perfect application of our design language across global campaigns (18 languages, 170+ countries) while concurrently architecting the modular design system that made this scale possible. By integrating AI-driven workflows and scalable templates, we removed execution bottlenecks, increased welcome series engagement by 140%, and contributed to $24M in incremental channel profit.

Previously, as Associate Creative Director at REI, I managed up to 10 UX and UI designers across our digital marketing and design system teams. I led campaign concepting and art direction for the company’s highest-profile brand initiatives, presenting directly to C-level leadership. Simultaneously, I led the zero-to-one launch of REI’s best-in-class design system, Cedar, unifying the brand language across dozens of digital properties. I also shared this foundational work as a speaker at the global Figma Config design conference.
