Over the past 15+ years, I’ve led cross-functional creative teams across performance marketing, lifecycle campaigns, launch creative, web experiences, email systems, and brand infrastructure for companies including Remitly and REI. My work sits at the intersection of creative quality, operational scale, and business performance.

I’m energized by environments experiencing rapid growth and “production pain” where teams need stronger creative systems, faster launch velocity, clearer brand governance, and tighter collaboration across marketing, product, and engineering. Much of my recent work has focused on building scalable creative operations, AI-enabled workflows, modular design systems, and cross-channel campaign ecosystems that help organizations move faster without sacrificing quality.

I’m a hands-on leader who enjoys building high-performing teams, mentoring creatives, and partnering closely with Growth, Product Marketing, Product, Engineering, and executive stakeholders to turn complex ideas into effective customer experiences.
